Returns and Exchanges

• You have 7 days from the shipping date to exchange your JIA MODA Online purchase.
• You can exchange your item’s sizes or colors.
• An additional LKR. 500 will be charged for the exchange order.
• If a garment has any defects/damages an exchange will be placed Free of Charge and in the case a garment cannot be exchanged, you are able to select a new garment of the same value or opt for a refund.

Remember…
• You can’t make more than one exchange requests at the same time for the same order.
• Online purchases cannot be exchanged at our physical outlets.

Reimbursement
• The refund will be made via bank transfer/deposit to your account provided.
• You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been completed.
• If you do not see a credit to your account within 14 days, please use this confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process or contact us for further queries on +94 76 821 2438
